E-Signature is offered either as a standalone system or as an add-on integrated directly into our POS system. The image and time/date stamp can be accessed in both our Point of Sale software, as well as in the WinPharm Pharmacy software via the verification tool. This useful information is now easily accessed by the entire staff, from the cashiers up front, to the technicians and pharmacists behind the counter. In POS, we also electronically capture and store signatures for credit card sales.
If you need to validate that an Rx was picked up, or provide proof in an audit, you can easily search the database by the Rx number to bring up the signature image. Along with the signature itself, we capture the time and date stamp from when the signature was captured.
